Are you working too much and are you disappointed with your modern work life? It’s easy to become stressed and miserable at work these days. In fact, more people than ever say that they feel more anxious about their jobs and are exhausted when they return home from work. Other people feel frightened about the future and are upset and furious because they believe they can’t change their situation. 

One solution is to think about the things you are pleased about in your job. Research has shown that you will feel more content if you write down what things made you glad during your work day. Many people who have done this have said they were delighted with the results.
